Corona Virus Update

  • Are you open for business?

    Yes Gold Medal is open for business but with some changes to minimize the threat of virus spread to our customers and employees.


    First we have closed our office to the general public. However our office staff is still providing support to our tenants, prospective tenants and owners via phone and email.  


    In addition we are no longer going to have office support available on Saturdays for the short term. 


    We have moved lease signings to be done online, and encourage our current tenants to enter work orders/ask questions through their tenant portals.


    Prospective tenants can view properties online and also in person using our remote lockboxes. If you have any questions about a property or the rental process  you are encouraged to call us at 254-213-2131 or email us at info@GoldMedalRentals.com.


    Rent payments can be done online through tenant portals  or checks can be left in our convenient drop box outside our office.



  • Can I still view available properties?

    Yes of course! You can view properites online and see photos of the interiors right here on our website.  In addition,  you can pick up a list of available rentals from the handy box outside our front door.


    In addition if you would like to tour an available property in person you can by using our remote lock boxes. These boxes will enable you to go to a property and view it without ever having to come to our office. Just follow the simple instructions on the sign at the property. You will need a credit card and a mobile phone to get the access code - but THERE IS NO CHARGE to your card - the remote lockbox simply uses your credit card information to verify your identity. 



  • I'm a current tenant- are you still servicing work orders?

    Yes - we are! You can enter your work orders into your tenant portal. Work orders are reviewed by our in-house tenant work order coordinator and then dispatched to the appropriate vendor for resolution. If the work order coordinator has any questions about your work order they will contact you directly.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    As always, you can pay your rent 100% online through your tenant portal. 


    Alternatively, if you wish to pay by money order  skip going into the office and instead just drop it in the handy "drop box" located just outside our front doors. You can drop you payment in at any hour of the day or night.  We will send you a receipt through your tenant portal.
